Training Philosophy:
My goal is to optimize variety, technique and attitude in an approach to living a physically active lifestyle. I prepare my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their ambitions.
If needed, gently work with any fitness fears a client may have and motivate with a variety of equipment and movements which brings them continued progress! The body works together as a group, for the most part, train it as a group always emphasizing good form and fun!
